Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 bell peppers
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 50 g rice
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- Salt
- pepper
- sweet peppers
- 3 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cook the rice, drain, and let cool. Wash and trim the peppers. Mix the rice with the minced meat, spices, and egg. Fill the peppers with the mixture. Melt the butter in an ovenproof dish, add the stuffed peppers, and steam in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. Serve with rice and tomato sauce.
