- 350 g flour
- 180 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 90 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 pack of cake icing, lemon

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line three baking sheets with parchment paper. Sift the flour and powdered sugar into a bowl, add the lemon juice and butter, and crumble everything with your fingers. Add the eggs to the flour mixture and knead in using a hand mixer on the lowest setting (dough hook). Using two teaspoons, drop small mounds of dough onto the baking sheets, ensuring they are spaced apart. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes; the cookies should only be lightly browned. Immediately remove from the paper and let cool on a wire rack. Melt the glaze according to the instructions and drizzle over the cookies.
