Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp milk
- 200 g chocolate glaze, dark
- 200 g cake icing (lemon icing)

the classic pastry, makes about 60 pieces.
Beat the butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt with the whisk attachment of a hand mixer for at least 8 minutes until fluffy. Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time, for half a minute each. Mix the flour, vanilla pudding powder, and baking powder and stir in alternately with 5 tablespoons of milk. Fill the batter into a piping bag fitted with a 1cm diameter nozzle. Pipe 2.5cm heaps of batter onto baking sheets lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat, fan: 160°C) on the middle rack for 9-11 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. Melt 200g of dark chocolate glaze and 200g of lemon glaze in separate bowls in a bain-marie over hot water. Brush the bottom of the American cookies with lemon glaze, let it dry, and then brush halfway over with chocolate glaze. Decorate with colored sugar sprinkles or something else, according to your taste.
