Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of bread dumplings (mini bread dumplings)
- 1 pack of frozen vegetables (French vegetable stir-fry)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 slice(s) ham (if desired)
- 100 g cheese, grated

Prepare the vegetables and mini dumplings according to the package instructions. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Dice the ham, if desired. Once the vegetables are ready, stir in the sour cream and ham and season with salt and pepper. Drain the dumplings and place them in a greased baking dish, add the vegetables, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
