Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 24 tortilla(s) (Mexican tortilla flatbreads or wraps)
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pack of arugula
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • 3 cans of tuna, natural
  • 2 packs of salmon (smoked salmon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for the cold buffet

Spread all wraps or flatbreads with the herb cream cheese. Top 12 wraps with finely chopped iceberg lettuce and tuna. Top the remaining 12 wraps with arugula and finely chopped smoked salmon. Now tightly roll up all wraps and cut into small rolls with a sharp knife. Serve separately on a cold buffet or elsewhere.
