Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ cup(s) sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla pulp (approx. 1 pod)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup(s) flour
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tbsp milk

Knead the dough ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, oil, milk) together thoroughly and pour into the prepared pan. Form a rim with your fingers and lightly prick the base with a fork. Bake for about 15 minutes at 250°C, until the base is golden brown. For the filling, beat the eggs well until frothy and then gradually add the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake again at about 220°C for about 45 minutes. Let the cake rest a little before serving so the filling can set.
