Minute steak in white wine sauce with sage

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 steak(s) (minute steaks, veal medallions or similar)
  • 5 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • n. B. Sage
  • 400 ml cream
  • wine, white
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the minute steaks with salt and pepper and fry in oil. Remove the steaks and keep warm on a plate. Cut the ham into strips and fry briefly in the same pan. Deglaze with the white wine (approx. 50-100 ml) and simmer briefly. Add the cream, then the chopped sage, and let it reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with fries or potato wedges and salad. I like it swimming in sauce. If you prefer less sauce, reduce the amount of cream.
