Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 roll
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soak the bread roll in water. Mix the minced meat with the diced onion, parsley, mustard, egg, cheese, salt, pepper, and the squeezed bread roll, and form into meatballs. Fry over medium heat.
