Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mirabelle plums
- ⅛ liter of water
- 75 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and remove the stems (do not pit!) from the mirabelle plums. Bring the water and sugar to a boil, add the plums, bring back to a boil, and cook over low heat until soft. Season to taste with sugar, if desired.
