Ingredients
 

fruit

  • 230 g Abate pear
  • 70 g Fresh mirabelle

seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Grated lemon peel

Gelling agent

  • 100 g Preserving sugar 3: 1

Instructions

  • Wash the pear and mirabelle plums, remove the stones and roughly cut into pieces ... mix the pieces of fruit with the lemon peel and preserving sugar in a saucepan and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
  • Rinse glasses with hot water

Cook

  • Bring the fruit-sugar mix to the boil and let it boil for about 4 minutes ... fill the glasses, screw the lid on and let cool upside down (about 10 minutes) ... turn it over and let it cool again

Storage & shelf life

  • Can be kept for several weeks in the refrigerator or several months if unopened in the cooler (basement)
