Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g mirabelle plums
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 125 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of espresso, well chilled (espresso cup)
  • n. B. Cantuccini
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • n. B. Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Pit 500g of mirabelle plums and bring to a boil in a saucepan with a little sugar until soft. Then puree and set aside. For the cream, mix the mascarpone and stiffly whipped cream with the yogurt, cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, and espresso. This mixture is not too sweet; you can add more sugar if you like. For the soaking, mix the freshly squeezed juice of one orange and 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur. Crush the biscuits. Drizzle the biscuits with the soaking, spread some mirabelle plum compote on top. Then layer the cream on top. Then again: biscuits, soaking, compote, cream. Finish with compote. Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.
