Mixed berries with quark sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g berries, mixed, frozen
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, maybe a little more
  • 20 ml mineral water
  • 20 g sugar
  • 50 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 20 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, tasty breakfast or snack

Thaw the berries, reserving the juice, and place both on a plate. Combine the quark with the lemon juice, sugar, and mineral water. Lightly mix with the berries and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Serve immediately. Note: It tastes good with a little more sweetening, even for children. Also suitable for takeaway in a tightly sealed container, but sprinkle with the hazelnuts just before eating.
