Mixed Salad with Rocket
The perfect mixed salad with rocket recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Handful Arugula
- 1 Onion
- 0,5 Red Bell pepper
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 4 Tomatoes
- Olives
- 100 g Sheep cheese
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 El Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Balsamic cream
- Peel and dice the onion and mix with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Dice tomatoes, cucumber, paprika and sheep cheese and add to the onion dressing with the olives and mix everything well.
- Arrange the rocket on a plate, add the salad and serve decorated with balsamic cream.
