Mixed Salad with Tuna

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Half Iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 half Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cans Tuna
  • 1 Handful Oliver
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Peel the onion, dice it finely and stir it into the dressing.
  • Cut the lettuce into small pieces, peel the cucumber or cut it into slices and place it in the salad bowl as well.
  • Halve the tomatoes and mix with the olives into the salad.
  • Drain the tuna, add to the salad and serve.
