Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 6 tbsp sugar, brown
  • 6 tbsp sugar, white
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 bag(s) of candy (M&M’s with nuts)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the whole year, makes about 50 cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. In a bowl, cream the softened butter with the white and brown sugars and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the egg whites (do not beat them!). Combine the flour and baking powder and mix alternately with the water into the fluffy buttercream. Cover each M&M with batter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes. The cookies are done when the colorful color of the M&Ms is visible on the outside. They should not brown on the outside.
