Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 ml dessert sauce (chocolate)
  • 10 ml milk, cold
  • 25 ml milk, hot
  • 2 servings of espresso
  • Chocolate sprinkles or cocoa powder

First, pour the chocolate dessert sauce into a tall glass. Then, carefully and slowly, pour the cold milk onto the chocolate sauce, making sure the two liquids don’t mix. Meanwhile, heat the 25 ml of milk, whisking it with a milk frother while it warms. Carefully pour the resulting milk foam into the glass. Now, pour the double espresso onto the milk, either directly from the coffee machine (if the height of the glass allows), or slowly pour it from a coffee pot through the milk foam into the tall glass. Garnish with a few chocolate sprinkles or cocoa powder, and your Mocha Macchiato is ready to feast on.
