Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml sunflower oil
- 125 g flour
- 125 g potato flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 100 g ground almonds

Whisk the eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy and slowly add the oil. Combine the flour, potato flour, baking powder, and almonds and slowly add to the egg mixture. Add 250-300g Baileys. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 60 minutes. I decorate the cake with powdered sugar or chocolate coating, depending on my taste.
