Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g oat flakes
- 300 ml milk
- 50 g honey
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g sugar
- possibly cinnamon powder
- possibly raisins
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g flour, more if needed
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 450 g applesauce
- 100 g nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 apple
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Heat the milk and sugar and soften the oats (let it soak for about 10 minutes). Mix the flour with the baking powder, then stir in the milk-oat mixture and all the other ingredients. If you like, you can also add raisins, cinnamon, or something similar. If the consistency is too runny, add a little more flour. The mixture should form a thick, sticky mass. Pour everything into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50-60 minutes. The cake is very moist and has a nice sticky texture. You can eat it on its own, sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar, or spread it with jam, for example.
