Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 medium-sized persimmon(s), ripe (approx. 180g)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 15 g seeds (chia seeds)
- 100 ml water
- 2 pinches of vanilla, real, ground

Puree the persimmons with the lemon juice, water, and vanilla. Stir in the chia seeds and let it all swell in the refrigerator overnight. The chia pudding tastes delicious on its own or as a muesli with some fresh, diced fruit (apple, banana, kiwi, etc.).
