Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 jars of flour
  • 1 jar milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¾ jar sugar
  • ½ jar oil
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ jar jam (or jelly)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Use regular drinking glasses for measuring. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 35 minutes. Done! You can also top the cake with a cake glaze (e.g., chocolate glaze).
