Mojito – Punch

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 ml lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 5 limes
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 2 bottles of Prosecco
  • Ice, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

refreshing punch with lime, rum and sparkling wine

Combine lime juice, sugar, and rum in a punch bowl. Wash the limes in hot water, pat dry, slice thinly, and add to the rum mixture. Pick the mint leaves and add them as well. Just before serving, top with ice-cold Prosecco and add crushed ice.
