Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tbsp flour
- 75 g butter
- 6 eggs, including the yolk
- 6 eggs, of which the egg whites
- 100 g nuts, chopped
- 100 g chocolate shavings
- 5 tbsp rum
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cream stiffener
- 1 small can of pineapple, in pieces
- 100 g chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Beat the sugar with the butter and egg yolks until fluffy. Add the nuts, grated chocolate, baking powder, flour, and rum. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 45 minutes. After baking, hollow out the top, leaving a rim on the base. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, fold in the grated pineapple and grated chocolate, and place it in a dome shape over the hollowed-out base. Sprinkle the cake crumbs over the cake.
