Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 140 g butter, soft
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 180 g flour
- 7 g baking powder
- 100 g chocolate (milk chocolate), roughly chopped
- 100 g chocolate (dark chocolate), coarsely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Cream the butter with sugar and salt until fluffy. Stir the vanilla sugar and beaten egg into the buttercream. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the buttercream along with the chopped chocolate. Knead everything into a soft dough, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 180°C. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and dust with flour. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them as far apart as possible. Bake the cookies for about 12-15 minutes.
