Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s), finely grated
  • 3 m.-large gherkins, coarsely grated
  • 125 g leek, cut into fine rings
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the first three ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Then, mix the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and fold in.
