Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml alcohol, 96.6% vol., e.g. Primasprit
  • 800 ml cherry juice 100%, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

low in sugar, suitable for diabetics

Combine both ingredients in a 1-liter bottle and refrigerate overnight. The finished liqueur has approximately 20% alcohol by volume and contains no other sugar besides the natural sugar from the fruit juice. The flavor is strongly reminiscent of Mon Chéri, hence the name.
