Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 120 g butter
- 50 g cooking chocolate, grated
- 100 g hazelnuts, grated
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes
Christmas cookies
Knead all ingredients into a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Form small croissants and bake on a prepared baking sheet at medium heat (approximately 175°C/350°F top/bottom heat) for about 10 to 15 minutes. Dip the cooled croissants into the chocolate glaze and let them dry on baking paper.
