Monkfish cheeks on sea spaghetti

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 monkfish cheek
  • 25 g sea spaghetti (seaweed) (seaweed), dried
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 1 tsp sesame oil, dark
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • e.g. coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Soak the seaweed spaghetti according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onion. Sear the fish cheek in a pan on both sides in hot coconut oil, then keep warm. In the same pan, seaweed and onion. Season to taste with fish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil. Serve the seaweed and fish on a warmed plate.
