Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 0.3 cup(s) quinoa
  • 0.3 cup(s) amaranth
  • 0.3 cup(s) millet
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wheat-free and high in protein, a great way to start the day

Bring the water, salt, and grains to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 5-10 minutes. Serve hot. Serve with butter or coconut oil, maple syrup, and fruit such as blueberries or chopped apple.
