Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 bananas, peeled
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 50 ml egg liqueur
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • chocolate flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy to prepare

Puree 4 bananas with the sugar and egg liqueur. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, stir into the banana puree, and divide between dessert bowls. Slice the remaining banana and the kiwi fruit, decorate, and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
