  • 100 g cheese (Romadour)
  • 150 g cream cheese, preferably with paprika and chili
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Paprika powder (rose paprika)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Finely dice the Brie, Romadur, and onion, mix well with the butter and cream cheese, and season generously with paprika. You can enjoy the mashed potatoes right away, but they taste best after 1-2 days! Serve with hearty whole-grain bread!
