Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g mountain cheese
  • 4 onions, red
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 5 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cut the cheese into cubes. Finely dice the onion. Finely chop the chives. Place everything in a bowl and season with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for a while.
