Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter passion fruit juice
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 vanilla pods, the pulp
  • 200 ml sparkling wine
  • 50 ml vodka
  • 825 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 tsp citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the juice, coconut milk, and vanilla (you can also use 3 sachets of vanilla sugar) with the gelling sugar and let stand for 20 minutes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes, remove from the heat, and add the sparkling wine. Once boiling again, simmer for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and mix in the vodka and citric acid. Immediately pour into jars and seal.
