with cream cheese and summer fruits

Toast the whole-grain flakes in a non-stick pan without fat, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Remove from the pan and let cool. Mix the flake mixture with the cream cheese. Stir in the orange or apple juice. Season the muesli with honey or maple syrup. Wash and trim the fruit, depending on the variety, or peel and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the fruit pieces together and spread them on the muesli. Tip: Hardly any muesli can do without sweeteners. Alternatives to white sugar include whole sugar, maple syrup, runny honey, or thickened apple and pear juice. Per serving: Energy 290 kcal, Fat 6 g, Protein 18 g, Carbohydrates 41 g, Fiber 5 g
