Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 apples
- 50 g walnuts
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 70 g oat flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and core the apples, and cut into small cubes. Chop the walnuts. Mix the apple pieces and chopped nuts with the yogurt, honey, vanilla sugar, softened butter, and eggs. In a second bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder, oats, cinnamon, and salt. Add this mixture to the fruit and egg mixture and mix everything until smooth. Pour the batter into greased muffin cups and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. This amount makes 12 muffins.
