Muesli with Fruit
The perfect muesli with fruit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 40 g Oatmeal
- 110 g Pear with skin
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 a cup Drinking milk yogurt
- 4 tsp Chopped hazelnuts
- Stevia
- Put the oatmeal in a bowl. Wash the pear, cut into quarters, remove the core, grate coarsely with the skin and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Add to the oatmeal.
- Mix the yogurt with lemon juice and nuts until smooth and season with a little stevia. Pour the yogurt sauce over the oatmeal and the grated pear. Mix gently, season to taste and serve immediately.
