Muesli with pomegranate and raisins

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 200 ml sour milk, low-fat
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 8 tbsp muesli, with nuts, without sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Split open the pomegranate and carefully scoop out or scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Rinse the raisins briefly with hot water and mix with the orange juice. Mix the sour milk with cinnamon and honey. Divide the nut muesli between two bowls. Add the pomegranate seeds, raisins, and sour milk. Mix and serve immediately.
