- 400 g oat flakes
- 397 g condensed milk, sweetened

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Mix the oats with the condensed milk until a sticky mixture forms. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan/convection oven. Spread the muesli mixture on a baking sheet and place it in the oven. Stir the muesli with a spoon every 15 minutes to ensure everything browns evenly. It will still feel very wet, but don’t worry, it will firm up once it cools. After about 45 minutes, everything should be nice and brown. I’ve tried many recipes, but I’m not a big fan of that extreme honey flavor. That’s why I came up with this alternative, and it’s absolutely delicious!
