very variable muffins, makes 12 pieces

Makes 12 muffins. First, separate the three eggs and beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Stir in the oil and milk, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Spoon a spoonful of batter into the muffin cups, then add half to a teaspoon of Nutella, and then add about 2-3 more spoonfuls of batter. Bake the muffins for 25 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Tip: The muffins taste best when served lukewarm. Instead of Nutella, you can also use caramel candies or Kinder chocolate candies as the center. And if you like, you can also mix in apples or other fruit.
