Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 cup of sparkling mineral water
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sparkling cake – foolproof and simply delicious

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir in eggs, oil, and sparkling water and mix until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C to 225°C for approximately 40-45 minutes (pierce with a wooden skewer – the cake is done when no more batter sticks).
