Multi-tiered berry and quark dish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 8 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 g wild berries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dessert or fancy breakfast

Whisk the quark with a dash of milk, the vanilla sugar, and the sugar until creamy. Divide among 4 large dessert bowls as follows: Start with a layer of quark, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of oat flakes, drizzle with a little honey, then another layer of quark, and so on, until the final layer is a layer of quark. Heat the wild berries in the microwave or in a saucepan. Place on top of the final layer of quark and serve immediately.
