Multivitamin cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 700 ml multivitamin juice
  • 2 cake glaze
  • 1 can apricot(s)
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Aranca)
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 7 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, flour, cornstarch, and baking powder into a smooth batter. Line a 26 cm springform pan with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake at 170°C for approx. 30 minutes. Halve the base. Top one half of the base with apricots and attach a cake ring. Mix 500 ml of multivitamin juice and the two sachets of cake glaze according to the package instructions and pour over the apricots. Let cool for approx. 15-20 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and pour over the base. Whip the remaining multivitamin juice with aranca on high speed for approx. 5 minutes until creamy. Do not use yogurt! Pour this mixture over the cream and decorate with chocolate shavings. Let cool in the refrigerator overnight.
