Baked feta with tomatoes and peppers

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), diced
  • 8 black olives, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 3 slices of feta cheese
  • olive oil
  • Spice mix for sheep’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pour olive oil into a baking dish, top with feta cheese. Mix the tomatoes, peppers, onions, and olives and spread them over the feta cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
