Multivitamin quark dessert

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 350 ml multivitamin juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 500 g natural yogurt, 1 large cup
  • Fruit, ripe, that needs to go

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Our own recipe for using up fruit, in an attractive orange.

Combine the juice with the sugar and pudding mix and bring to a boil while stirring. Then let it cool slightly, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. Mix with the quark, yogurt, and peeled, chopped fruit (e.g., bananas, pears, apples, oranges, nectarines—whatever you have on hand). Season to taste with honey, sugar, or sweetener. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
