Mushroom and goat cheese spread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 g goat’s cheese
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs, fresh or dried
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

goes well with bread, as a dip for raw vegetables or as a sauce for pasta

Chop the mushrooms and sauté in olive oil. Chop the garlic and add it to the mushrooms along with the tomato paste, then cook until cooked through. Combine the goat’s cheese, yogurt, and spices in a measuring jug. Add the mushroom mixture and puree.
