Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- some milk as needed
- 3 spring onions
- 5 radishes
- some paprika powder
- some garlic powder
- some salt and pepper

Mix the quark with enough milk until it reaches the desired consistency. It shouldn’t be too runny, so it’s suitable for spreading on bread! Add the spices and stir in, don’t skimp on the paprika and garlic powder. Clean the spring onions and cut into 1 cm rings. Wash the radishes, halve them, and slice them. Stir the spring onions and radishes into the quark, then place a few radishes on top for decoration. This spring quark is perfect for a snack (straight on bread) or as a dip for a plate of cucumbers and tomatoes.
