Mushroom macaroni à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 50 g butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice or vinegar
  • 300 g pasta (macaroni)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and wash the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and drain. Sauté them in hot butter or margarine with the parsley and a little salt and pepper, then let them stand for 5 minutes without liquid. Season to taste with lemon juice or vinegar. Cook the chopped macaroni in boiling salted water. Drain and arrange the mushrooms on top.
