Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 150 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 pepper(s), red or
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red and chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, small, fresh
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Finely dice the onion and sauté it in butter with the mushrooms. Finely chop the chili pepper (or, if you don’t have one, a red bell pepper), removing the seeds. Add it to the mushrooms along with the soy sauce, sherry, and very finely chopped ginger. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated. Serve sprinkled with parsley. Serve with wholegrain rice or simply a slice of white bread.
