Mushroom pasta pan with steak strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 320 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 400 g beef steak(s), cut into strips
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp vegetable onion(s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 ml broth
  • Oregano, a few leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Season the steaks with salt and pepper, fry in heated oil, then keep warm. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the remaining frying fat for about 5 minutes. Pour in the crème fraîche and stock, bring to a boil. Add the oregano and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente, then drain. Season the sauce to taste and serve with pasta and steak strips.
