- 4 mushrooms (parasol mushroom), the caps
- Flour
- egg(s)
- breadcrumbs
- Fat
- Spices)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
fake veal schnitzel
Use only fresh, firm caps from the parasol mushrooms. Clean everything thoroughly, and break up the flesh a little if you like. Remove the part where the stem is attached, as this, like the stem, is unusable. Season the mushrooms, either whole or cut into pieces like a veal cutlet. Coat in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs and fry in a pan until golden brown. Serve with parsley potatoes or fries and a mixed salad with cucumbers, zucchini, and lettuce.
