Mushroom Soup with Heart

The perfect mushroom soup with heart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • Fresh celery
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • 0,5 pole Fresh leek
  • Dried mushrooms
  • 2 l Boiling water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegeta spice
  • Letter noodles
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  1. 1) Cut the vegetables into small pieces. I cut hearts out of the carrots. Heat some oil in the pan and fry the vegetables (potatoes, celery, leek, carrots, parsley, mushrooms) and season with salt and pepper.
  1. 2) Stir in the flour and tomato paste. Add the boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes while stirring. If you like, you can also add letter noodles. Season to taste with Vegeta.
